Diving

Trevair touring Park is particularly suited for divers as we offer Air, Nitrox and Trimix and have plenty of ground space for you to keep your RIB on site.

We have a large compressor on site which fills to 260 bar and being 80 cubic feet (2,265 litres) per minute means you don’t have to wait long for your fills. We also have a 25,000 cubic feet (708,000 litre) air bank.

We pump cylinders from eight till late seven days a week, so generally there’s no waiting or rushing around.

We fill Nitrox up to 100%

What the area has to offer:
Diving in the area varies and caters for every need, from 10 metres for the more novice diver to 50 metres plus for the experienced. Dive sites consist of some spectacular reefs, walls and drop-offs, along with wrecks of all ages, sizes and depths.

The clear, warm waters of Cornwall makes a haven for wonderful sea-life, and even the occasional friendly seal or dolphin can be seen – it’s a photographers paradise.

We don’t offer charters, but if you have your own boat, we can help you out with transits and GPS marks.

Prussia Cove: One of the best beach dives in England: Wreckage from the Warsprite, to gullies and caverns. Gear has to be carried the last 50 steps into gorge. Car park 10/15 minutes from the site with no traffic problems.

Marazion: Ribs can be launched from the beach. Wreck in the bay, scenic diving at the back of the mount. Car park, toilets, cafe etc. 10/15 minutes from site. Traffic can be heavy in high season.

Lamorna: Just the other side of Penzance, so set of early to avoid the traffic in high season. A very popular site for divers, both shore and boat. Reef and wreck diving. Slipway for boats, Car park, toilets & cafe.

Penzance has a slipway.

Hayle also has a slipway which is a little more steep.

For the experienced diver the North Coast offers a considerable amount of wrecks to explore.

We do ask that if you are staying with us, you use our air facilities.
